Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Regional Traveling Store Display Associate to support opening new stores, renovating existing stores, and other special projects. Travel to project sites is required.

You will work with Store Display Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet company standards in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires flexibility, collaboration, and a focus on safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of related work experience, preferably within the retail industry. Prefer full time or part time retail store management experience.
• Technical: Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel; Ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and place products across store floors.
• Unload merchandise from deliveries and move from stockroom to store.
• Build and tear down fixtures; set schematics and templates.
• Maintain daily on-site operations and communicate with Lead.
• Support other SDAs and store teams as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment at job sites.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Travel up to 100% to project locations; work non-traditional hours.
