Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of medical assistant, patient care support, or ambulatory clinical experience.
• Experience with ambulatory care workflows, patient rooming, clinical documentation, infection control, specimen handling, and point-of-care testing.
• Experience using electronic health record systems, scheduling or tasking tools, and standard office technology.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned clinics throughout the region to provide direct clinical support and assist with operational needs.
• Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, review health history, and prepare for examinations and procedures.
• Perform patient outreach, follow-up activities, documentation updates, order preparation, referral coordination, and other care pathway tasks.
• Maintain readiness of clinical spaces, equipment, and supplies while ensuring infection prevention and safety standards.
