BGE, Inc. is looking for a Regional Practice Leader - Structural Civil Engineering to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This critical role requires leadership of a DOT transportation structures team and the ability to manage complex projects while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in transportation structures or bridge engineering. Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
