Job Description

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for delivering content to clients at workshops, events, and private consultations. This role facilitates events using content created by Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute. The Client Engagement Manager is also the primary point of contact for client relationships and includes some business development responsibilities including identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships as well as sourcing new relationships. It also works closely with Principals and Partners to build business development and consulting skills.
