Job summary

Family Dollar in Morehead, KY is seeking a CDL-A Regional Touch Freight Driver to deliver dedicated store freight with weekly home time. You can earn an average of $1,900 per week and a sign-on bonus of $2,500, plus paid ride-along training.

This role covers approximately 1,200–1,500 miles per week across multiple states, with 100% touch freight and live unloading. Early starts, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Must be available for early starts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be physically able to complete live unloads and touch freight.
• Bring two weeks' worth of supplies to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated regional store delivery with approximately 1,200–1,500 miles per week.
• 100% touch freight with live unloading at stores.
• 3–7 stops per load, typically 3 loads per week.
• Tractors include International, Freightliner, and Kenworth; on-site 24/7 support.
