Job summary

Gulf Winds Credit Union in Pensacola, FL is seeking a full‑time teller to support branch operations as a regional float. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, deposits, withdrawals and customer service to strengthen member relationships.

You will educate members on credit union products, promote related services, and participate in an incentive program for additional compensation. This position travels among regional branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months cash handling or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and discretion.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments.
• Sell money orders and travelers checks to members.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Comply with regulations including BSA and OFAC.
• Assist members and direct to appropriate department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
