Overview

Envista Forensics provides forensic consulting that relies on scientific principles to investigate civil and structural failures impacting service, people, and business production—from minor to catastrophic. As a Regional Technical Leader in the Civil/Structural Group, you will lead a team of engineers and experts, driving technical excellence, client satisfaction, and the achievement of regional financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of civil/structural engineers.
• Maintain technical standards and deliver white‑glove customer service within your region.
• Conduct technical training and support continuing education for team members.
• Review and evaluate team performance in technical quality and service, including the technical review process.
• Drive achievement of regional financial goals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and multidisciplinary leaders to determine customer needs and ensure client satisfaction.
• Engage in client relationships and represent Envista at industry conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the forensic field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with testimony or deposition preparation.
• Ability to work independently under varied environmental conditions.

Other Requirements

• Availability for overnight domestic and international travel.
• Willingness to travel to client sites 25–30% of the time.
