Regional Technical Assistance Provider, HRSA - Center for Global Health Practice and Impact

Requirements

The Center for Global Health Practice and Impact (CGHPI) aims to improve health and health equity through evidence-based, human-centered design. We seek a Regional Technical Assistance Provider to support HIV-related program implementation in states, jurisdictions, and organizations, particularly for the EHE-TAP project. Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborate with the EHE-TAP team, HRSA, and funding recipients to provide technical assistance.
  2. Assist partner organizations and government agencies on health projects.
  3. Support program design, monitoring, evaluation, capacity building, and data analysis.
  4. Coordinate with project personnel and stakeholders, including travel for meetings and workshops.
Work Interactions

The position reports to the EHE-TAP Program Director and TA Lead, engaging with student workers, other providers, and external stakeholders within the assigned region, which may include up to 7 jurisdictions. Occasional physical effort, including lifting up to 10 lbs, may be required.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in HIV programs, data science, or similar areas.
  • Knowledge of HRSA's EHE initiatives.
  • Ability to deliver clear technical assistance to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience creating complex reports and visualizations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to travel domestically.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HIV data and programs, including Ryan White.
  • Experience in technical assistance, capacity building, and quality improvement.
  • Skill in data visualization and understanding of implementation science.

Salary Range

$54,616.00 - $100,493.33, determined by qualifications, experience, and university needs.
