Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive Region Flexibility initiatives and architectural changes across the software stack. You will define strategies, coordinate multi-year roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams across Amazon’s infrastructure landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Sponsors and development teams to deliver complex cross-functional projects.
• Define user stories and researching technical solutions.
• Provide clear communication to management and stakeholders on project status and plans.
• Guide software development teams on architecture, design, and priorities.
• Build relationships across Amazon to leverage existing technologies and promote team initiatives.
• Manage risk assessment, escalations, and trade-offs between business needs and constraints.
• Maintain effective project documentation and stakeholder communications.
