Biopharma Careers seeks a Talent & Learning Partner to bridge global talent strategy with local impact across six clusters, including the US. You will roll out standards, identify critical roles, and build succession pipelines in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.

At the intersection of global strategy and local impact, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape how talent grows across a science and technology company operating at a global scale. As a Talent & Learning Partner, you will serve as the critical bridge between global talent and learning strategy and the realities of six regional clusters, Germany, China, the US, EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, ensuring that world-class programs land with consistency, relevance, and measurable impact. You will co-shape global solutions by bringing cluster perspectives to the table, adapt program rollouts to local realities without compromising the integrity of the core design, and act as a trusted advisor to HR communities, critical talents, and senior leaders on all talent-related topics.
Pay Range for this position: $113,300.00 - $195,400.00
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
