Job summary

Eastman Chemical seeks a seasoned Performance Films NAR Supply Chain Manager to lead regional supply chain strategies in a fast‑growing business. The role partners with Product, Commercial and Manufacturing teams to align demand and supply, driving service levels, working capital, and cost optimization across the region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research or similar.
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership supply chain role with IBP/S&OP, inventory and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage regional supply chain strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver service, cash and cost goals.
• Own 0–6 month regional supply plan and related processes.
• Select, train, and mentor supply chain team members.
• Translate customer needs into regional supply chain actions.
• Contribute to regional contracts with Logistics and Procurement.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Manufacturing, Logistics, Pricing and Procurement.
• Design and maintain work instructions for ERP tools to ensure compliance.
