Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Regional Structural Engineering Discipline Leader to oversee structural design across sectors and lead regional teams. You will direct design development, coordinate with architects and engineers, and drive project profitability while mentoring staff.

You should have a strong background in concrete, steel, masonry and timber designs, and proficiency with Revit and structural software to deliver high-quality construction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of building-related structural engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams of engineers on projects is required.
• Knowledge of ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM, ADAPT, RISA, Enercalc and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of structural systems for buildings across multiple sectors.
• Manage operations, execution and profitability in the region.
• Assign duties and balance staffing to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and other disciplines.
• Provide mentorship and direction to staff and maintain quality control.
