Job summary

Mars Incorporated in the United States seeks a senior staff officer to serve as the right hand to the Regional Commercial Head, shaping priorities, guiding leadership decisions, and driving performance across the regional leadership team.

You will lead engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement activities, with a focus on delivering value and supporting strategic outcomes. This role emphasizes executive communication and cross-functional coordination within Mars' COE framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years experience across Procurement, Commercial, Strategy, Supply Chain, or related functions.
Experience translating business or regional strategies into functional priorities and action plans.
Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Experience leading performance management, governance, or portfolio management activities.
Strong communication skills with executive-level presentation delivery.

Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment & Portfolio Management: align targets with strategies and manage project portfolio across regions.
Performance Management & Governance: lead reviews, monitor progress, and elevate risks for accountability.
Capability & Continuous Improvement: own performance management capabilities and drive improvement initiatives.
Serve as the right hand to the Regional Commercial Head, driving team engagement and collaboration for regional leadership.
