The position is responsible for overseeing and managing the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Programs, including streamlining requirements, simplifying processes and identifying and implementing controls to minimize risks associated with SHEQ through a proactive approach. The incumbent will also create a SHEQ culture through a consistent, integrated approach throughout the business. Alternative shifts, including nights, weekends, and other non-standard schedules, may be required depending on project and client needs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and must have the ability to work at height, in enclosed or confined spaces and climb stairs and ladders in a construction/plant environment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds from floor to waist. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
