AGCO is seeking a Regional Service Manager for the Columbia, KY area. This onsite role focuses on coordinating field and shop service technicians, scheduling work, and maintaining timely invoicing of work orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication and written skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Graduation from related diesel or Ag technology program (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs and work areas to Service Technicians based on skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate scheduling, quotes, and job status with customers.
• Review repair work orders for accuracy and approve delivery readiness.
