Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a security leader to serve as the primary regional security resource, protecting people, assets, and brand integrity at the Greensboro location.

You will conduct risk assessments, manage urgent incidents, and lead investigations into workplace violence, fraud, and losses, while coordinating with law enforcement and regulatory agencies and overseeing on-site security technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a directly related field.
• Minimum of three years related experience in corporate security, audit, law enforcement, or loss prevention.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-level security program efforts to ensure safety of people, assets and brand at the location.
• Conduct risk assessments and respond to urgent security matters.
• Investigate incidents including workplace violence, fraud, or losses; interview and review evidence.
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory agencies; support investigations and compliance.
• Monitor security plans and technologies such as surveillance and access control.
• Train business partners on security best practices.
