A leading financial institution is seeking a talented individual to establish and grow industrial dealer relationships in the South-Central Region of the United States. This remote role requires at least 6 years of experience in commercial banking and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage account relationships, support sales initiatives, and drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. Competitive benefits are offered.
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi
The primary purpose of this position is to establish, develop, and grow industrial dealer relationships in the South-Central Region of the United States. These relationships will ultimately result in generating profitable transactions for new business volume. This person is the point person for the dealer and will be responsible for all aspects, including account management and closing end‑user customer financing.
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Commerical Banking

High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Commerical Banking
Advanced written and verbal communication
Sales experience with relationship management
Construction and/or Equipment Finance industry experience
Vendor-focused sales experience
Salesforce experience
Relationship management experience
