Job summary

Volvo Cars USA seeks a Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, Central, to oversee retail operations in Dallas, TX and lead Market Teams across the Great Lakes, Midwest, and Plains regions. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction by setting market objectives and mentoring leaders.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a proven track record of hitting ambitious targets, strengthening retailer performance, and building loyal customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA/Master's preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities with coaching, teaching and developing others.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Achieve market targets for New Retail, New Lease, CPO and Pre-Owned Volvo penetrations and related products.
• Lead Market Managers for the Great Lakes, Midwest, and Plains markets.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to market teams and coordinate with Central Region leadership.
• Participate in planning sessions on sales, incentives and financials; execute market plans and training.
