Heritage Cutter, a US-based manufacturer of precision cutting tools, is seeking a Regional Manager for the Western Region. The role requires leading a sales team, coordinating with distributors, and driving revenue growth across states west of the Mississippi.

The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, a technical background, and proven success in managing sales professionals and field representatives. This is a performance-driven opportunity with a comprehensive benefit package.

• Create and maintain productive relationships with distributors and key customers in the Western Region.
• Achieve regional sales targets by effectively coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Heritage Cutter is a privately held, US manufacturer of precision cutting tools.

Our products include high performance carbide end mills, high-speed steel, cobalt and powdered metal end mills, taps, and countersinks. We go to market under the Data Flute, Brubaker, Weldon, and Decatur Diamond brands.

Data Flute is an industry leader in the manufacture of high performance, application specific, solid carbide rounds. Weldon is a long-established manufacturer of premium carbide and high-speed steel cutting tools. Brubaker Tool serves our customers from our facility in Central Pennsylvania that has been in continuous operation since 1881 and is a manufacturer of general purpose and high-performance taps. Decatur Diamond is a pioneer in high performance diamond tooling and offers a full suite of diamond-based tools.

We are looking for qualified candidates for the role of Regional Manager for the

Western Region that encompasses all states west of the Mississippi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of our industry and customers within the region, have a strong technical background, and have experience managing sales professionals along with working with an extensive distribution network. This position will require recruitment, development, and management of direct sales personnel and/or manufacturers’ representatives, to provide the appropriate sales coverage in the region. Ultimately, this position is responsible for the level, composition, and quality of our product sales.

Salary - $90,000 - $100.000 base pay plus commission based on sales volume
