Full Time Regular First/Mid Level Mgrs Airway Heights, WA, Airway Heights, WA, US

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

The specific pay rate and level will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience and location.

This hybrid role combines branch, field, and remote work and is open to candidates residing in the Airway Heights, Spokane, Richland/Tri-Cities, and Seattle, WA; Portland, Bend, Redmond, and Eugene, OR; Boise, ID; and North Salt Lake City, UT areas, with approximately two days per week in branch based on business needs and up to 30% regional travel.

A Day in the Life

Lead profitable revenue growth across the Pacific Northwest by developing a high-performing sales team, strengthening key customer relationships, and partnering with Operations and regional leaders. This visible, hands-on role combines coaching, customer engagement, strategic planning, and business performance leadership.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Coach, mentor, and hold Sales Representatives accountable for individual and team goals.
  • Lead effective one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, performance discussions, and field coaching.
  • Create an environment of clear expectations, trust, growth, and shared responsibility.

Drive Profitable Growth

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that grow revenue, utilization, market share, and profitability.
  • Use sound business judgment to balance customer needs, operational capacity, and long-term value.
  • Monitor performance trends and turn insights into focused coaching and action.

Build Customer and Market Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with key customers and support major projects, strategic accounts, negotiations, and business reviews.
  • Coach the team to uncover customer needs and recommend practical, tailored, and profitable solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing and industry partners to expand market presence and support growth.

Own Forecasting and Business Discipline

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast to support revenue, staffing, inventory, and growth decisions.
  • Contribute to budgeting, P&L management, reporting, compliance, and regional business planning.
  • Ensure timely, accurate CRM documentation, performance tracking, and follow-through on commitments.

Collaborate Across the Region

  • Partner with Operations, Inventory, Fleet, Project Management, Marketing, and other teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
  • Bring the customer and sales perspective into product mix, availability, purchasing, utilization, and inventory decisions.
  • Support division initiatives and strengthen employee and customer retention.
Must Haves
  • 8+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated record of revenue growth and results.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, performance analysis, and profitability decisions.
  • Experience building strategic customer relationships, developing new business, and supporting complex sales opportunities and negotiations.
  • Hands-on, accountable leadership style with strong communication, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership, customer engagement, team development, cross-functional partnership, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and sales-reporting systems.
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Modular buildings, construction, manufacturing, equipment rental or leasing, industrial products, or a related industry.
  • Leading sales teams across multiple branches or geographically dispersed territories.
  • Longer-cycle consultative B2B sales involving leased assets, construction projects, or capital equipment.
  • P&L management, estimating, construction sales or project management, and multi-location operations.
  • Using data, reporting, and AI-enabled tools to improve prospecting, forecasting, customer management, and sales effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
