Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the assigned region to achieve company goals and expand market share. This role requires close collaboration with the Marketing, R&D, and other departments to ensure the competitiveness of company products and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.
  • Lead and manage the sales team by providing coaching, guidance, and performance support.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and R&D teams to align product promotion with customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, adjusting sales strategies in response to changes.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience managing sales representatives, agents, and distributors is required.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Strong customer relationship management capabilities to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Solid executive-level (C‑suite) customer contacts in the target industries are strongly preferred.
  • Experience in working with Chinese companies in standard component sales (e.g., connectors, screens, or other electromechanical parts) is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with international customers.
