Sandvik is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Parts & Services team across the U.S. This role requires a results-driven leader passionate about developing teams and driving profitable growth in the mining industry.
Responsibilities include executing national sales strategies, managing a sales team, and ensuring strong customer engagement. Candidates must have 5–8 years of sales experience in mining parts and services, along with strong leadership and analytical skills.
Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $125,000 to $135,000 plus bonuses.
The Parts & Services Regional Sales Manager will be based out of any U.S. location.
Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for developing teams and driving profitable growth? In this role, you will lead and coach a front-line sales team while directly driving Parts & Services (P&S) revenue across U.S. Regions except NV/UT. With a strategic and hands‑on approach, you will execute national sales strategies, convert opportunities into orders, and ensure the team remains highly customer‑facing, focused on generating new business, strengthening relationships, and delivering value‑driven solutions to customer challenges.
As the Regional Parts & Services Sales Manager – USA, you will cover a wide region across the United States, lead a team of 5 Parts & Services Sales Representatives (PSSRs), drive execution of the national sales strategy, portfolio growth, and operational excellence. You will also serve as the regional champion for the Machine Rebuilds and Components portfolios, ensuring their growth and performance, while supporting the Product Manager on Rock Drills execution.
Based out of any U.S. location.
Extensive travel is required.
$125,000 to $135,000 base with an additional bonus plan.
