Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sports Medicine Regional Manager to lead a sales team in a field-based role, driving regional performance and talent development. You will hire, coach, and direct selling activities to exceed targets and align with strategic plans across the region.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of sales success, with strong analytics, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is required.
Minimum of 7 years in sales with a proven history of success.
Demonstrated expertise in sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to develop and implement sales programs.
Formal leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee sales activity, productivity standards, and territory management for the team.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals; conduct quarterly training and reviews.
Analyze sales data and commissions; manage target pipelines aligned to goals.
Establish monthly meetings with Area VP Sales; strategize with leadership.
Submit quarterly reports and coordinate with Marketing Directors and Corporate Accounts.
Foster a competitive team environment and support top Target Accounts.
Be accessible for daily troubleshooting and strategic discussions with the team.
