Position 1: Regional Account Executive - West Texas, Western Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Account Executive to drive revenue growth within the West Texas, Western Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado territories. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients within the oil and gas sector, focusing on operators of mature wells producing between 0-200 barrels per day. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of oil and gas production, a proven track record in sales, and the entrepreneurial drive to thrive in a startup environment. This role requires a strong technical aptitude to effectively communicate the value proposition of our innovative IoT-based monitoring and automation solutions.

Position 2: Regional Account Executive - East Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, Kansas, and Louisiana

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Executive to spearhead revenue generation within the East Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, Kansas, and Louisiana territories. This critical role will focus on acquiring new clients in the oil and gas industry, specifically targeting operators of mature wells producing between 0-200 barrels per day. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of oil and gas production practices, a proven sales history, and the initiative to excel in a startup environment. A strong technical understanding is necessary to effectively communicate the benefits of our innovative IoT-based monitoring and automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Generate new business by identifying and prospecting operators of mature (0-200 bpd) oil and gas wells.
  • Utilize and expand your network within the oil and gas industry, focusing on private equity connections.
  • Evaluate client operational challenges related to cost, labor, and infrastructure to propose solutions.
  • Communicate the value of our low-cost, low-power monitoring and automation systems for improved visibility, control, and cost reduction.
  • Clearly explain the technical aspects of our gateway and proprietary IoT devices, and the ease of surface installation.
  • Demonstrate the financial and efficiency benefits of our turnkey solutions.
  • Own and manage the complete sales process from initial engagement to successful onboarding.
  • Partner with the Lead Generation Specialist to qualify leads and develop targeted outreach.
  • Maintain daily communication with key internal teams (CEO, Operations, Marketing) for seamless support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage relevant resources within your territory.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience and build strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Actively contributes to the company's strategic direction and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience within the oil and gas industry is essential.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and effectively sell IoT-based products and solutions.
  • Established network of contacts within the oil and gas production sector in your allocated region.
  • Background in oil and gas production, seals, chemicals, wellheads, or service lines is highly preferred.
  • Existing connections within private equity firms are a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the economic drivers in oil and gas production, with a focus on cost reduction and maximizing returns in mature fields.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of hustle and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and network.
  • Performance-based commission structure with significant earning potential.
  • Flexibility in salary expectations will be considered based on the candidate's existing network and relevant experience.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports directly to the CEO.
  • Daily interaction with the CEO, Director of Operations, and the lead generation/marketing team.
