Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close enterprise opportunities across senior living groups, coordinating with ownership and regional operators to win multi-site contracts.

This role is a remote, individual contributor seat with a $2M annual quota. You will be responsible for end-to-end deal cycles of 3–12 months, working with inbound leads and our sales development

No direct reports. This is an individual contributor seat going after strategic, multi-location senior living accounts: large groups you open and close yourself.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency running websites, SEO and paid media for senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities. As Regional Sales Director for Senior Living, you own our largest multi-location senior living deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. Our sales development team and inbound put qualified meetings with these groups on your calendar, so your time goes to closing.

The seat

• $2M annual quota, carried on a small number of large accounts.
• Leads fed to you: meetings with senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities, booked by our sales development team or inbound.
• No management. No team to build, hire or run.
• Strategic accounts: senior living operators with many locations, where one signed deal covers the whole group and opens the next.

What You Will Own

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.

What You Bring

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into senior living groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.
