Job summary

Tactile Medical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Regional Sales Director to build and lead a high-performing sales team, successfully launching a new therapeutic product while ensuring all field activities comply with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

You will establish sales strategies to hit monthly, quarterly and annual goals, grow underserved markets, and shape compensation and training programs to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
• 5-10 years sales management experience.
• Experience launching new products.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and lead a team of Territory Account Managers in assigned locations.
• Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals; identify marketing opportunities.
• Assist in developing Territory Account Managers' compensation and training programs.
• Educate therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch system and other products.
• Assist with reimbursement processes and address customer concerns or complaints.
• Provide input in senior management meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
