Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a dynamic leader to coach and mentor sales and operations teams across Minnesota communities. The role focuses on achieving occupancy and revenue goals, analyzing metrics, and guiding strategy with hands-on field training in sales processes and lead management.

You will oversee pre-marketing for new or acquired communities, monitor budgets, and ensure marketing materials meet standards. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in senior living sales/operations.
• 3–5 years of senior living sales, marketing or operations experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and mobile platforms.
• Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Wage: $85,000-95,000/year (plus commission)

The Regional Director of Sales leads and supports Sales Coordinators, Specialists, and Executive Directors to drive occupancy through strategic sales initiatives and relationship-building. This role provides coaching, mentorship, and field support to optimize sales performance and community growth.
