Job summary

Enmarket is seeking a hands-on Safety Manager to support multi-site retail operations from the Savannah Center. You will lead safety initiatives, audits, and training across locations in GA, NC, and SC, partnering with store leaders to develop practical, store‑level solutions that keep employees and guests safe while maintaining daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in safety or loss prevention in multi-site retail, OSHA knowledge, and strong communication and analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years in safety, loss prevention, or operations support within retail, convenience store, food service, or other customer‑facing multi‑site environments
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Health & Safety, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
• Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety regulations, with ability to apply them in store‑level operations and day‑to‑day retail activities
• Program Execution: Experience supporting or implementing safety programs, audits, inspections, and training across multiple locations
• Communication: Strong ability to engage and influence store managers and frontline teams to drive a positive safety culture
• Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends in incidents, address risks, and support practical, store‑friendly solutions
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and incident tracking/reporting systems
• Preferred Certifications CSP or ASP (or in progress) OSHA 10‑Hour (General Industry) First Aid/CPR/AED
