Job summary

Condon-Johnson & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to promote a safe, compliant work environment across geotechnical construction projects in California.

You will lead safety audits, risk assessments and training, advancing a strong safety culture while reporting to the Corporate Safety Director. The role requires 3+ years in EH&S on construction sites, CSP/CHST/OSHA 500 or equivalent preferred, and travel to active sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety/health related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years EH&S in construction.
• Field construction experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and review safety audits and inspections with PM teams.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and coach field personnel.
• Develop and administer safety plans and JHAs.
• Ensure OSHA/Cal/OSHA compliance across sites.
• Prepare safety reports and track action closures.
