Job summary

Stord is seeking a Regional Manager of Health, Safety, Compliance & Loss Prevention based in the United States with responsibilities across a defined region. The role reports to the Head of HSS and leads site-level safety and loss prevention professionals, driving regional performance and compliance.

You will own risk assessments, incident investigations, and policy execution while partnering with Operations and Finance to minimize shrink and manage safety programs across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in health and safety, loss prevention, or operations compliance.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Multi-site experience in 3PL, eCommerce fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience in loss prevention investigations and shrink management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of HSS and loss prevention professionals.
• Deploy and sustain enterprise safety standards across regional facilities.
• Oversee loss prevention investigations and security controls across sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, state, and internal standards.
• Prepare for new site launches and network changes with safety readiness.
