Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred; equivalent field safety experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years safety experience in environmental industry.
• 3+ years experience with computer applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety program implementation.
• Conduct safety audits and document findings.
• Support incident investigations and training delivery.

Skills

Understanding of OSHA, DOT, and RCRA regulations

Knowledge in HAZWOPER and environmental industry

Experience in field safety leadership

Effective communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Proficiency in conflict management

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field

CSP, ASP, CHST, CIH, OHST or related safety credentials
