Job summary

Ecore Athletic in Ozark, AL seeks a reliable CDL-A Driver to join our team and operate our vehicles with safety as a top priority. You will handle over-the-road duties, drop and hook routes, and be entrusted with a truck that you’ll own on the road.

Expect 2–3 nights out per week, home on weekends, and roughly 2,500–3,000 miles weekly. You’ll be paid per mile with downtime pay and receive a full benefits package and PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience required.
• Clean driving record and knowledge of DOT/ELD rules.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Transfer materials between state locations.
• Comply with federal, state and local transportation regulations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections using ELD system.

Job description

• Compensation: Pay is $0.55 per mile plus based on experience** and you can expect to drive around 3000 miles per week. In addition to that we have safety incentives, per diem and down time pay. Overall you'll be looking at about $75,000-$85,000 per year.

What This Role Looks Like

Over-the-road driving with 2-3 nights out per week, home every other night and home on the weekends.

• Drop and hook routes between multiple state locations

No-touch freight with efficient, pre-planned runs.

Drive about 2500-3000 miles per week with a combination of per-mile pay + hourly downtime pay.

Dedicated, well-maintained truck (no sharing!).

What You'll Do

Transfer materials between multiple state locations.

Comply with federal, state and local transportation regulations.

Perform daily vehicle inspections using ELD system.

Maintain proper documentation and verification records.

What You Bring

• Valid CDL-A license
• 2+ years of tractor-trailer driving experience
