Job summary

Maplewood Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Resident Services (RN) to oversee clinical operations across Weston, MA, West Yarmouth, MA, and Brewster, MA with regular travel between campuses.

In this exempt, full-time role, you will ensure regulatory compliance, lead training for RSDs and nursing staff, manage budgets, and drive quality care delivery while partnering with home office and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license; 5+ years nursing experience.
• 3+ years in assisted living leadership.
• Experience as Resident Services Director preferred.
• Willingness to travel among campuses.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regional compliance with Maplewood policies and AGE/CMS requirements.
• Train and mentor Resident Services Directors and nursing staff.
• Staffing optimization and budget adherence.
• Oversee care delivery to meet quality standards.
• Develop provider partnerships and manage incidents.
• Lead infection control and public health initiatives.
• Supervise regional nursing HR, hiring, onboarding, schedules.
• Support policy development and process improvements.
• Prepare for surveys and regulatory visits.
• Drive quality audits and ensure system optimization.
