Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an RME Technician Academy Regional Manager to lead a regional team of Field Trainers and drive technical training across multiple fulfillment centers. You will manage performance, develop talent, and align training with business needs.

The role requires travel up to 80% and a background in maintenance, safety, and instructional leadership. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable, with strong LMS and curriculum development skills valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management, including performance management and employee development experience.
• 4+ years of training, technical instruction, or maintenance leadership capacity experience.
• 4+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience.
• 4+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience.
• 4+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of RME Technical Trainers across a regional network.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of technical training programs for MHE and automated systems across multiple sites.
• Partner with site and regional leadership to identify workforce skill gaps and align training with operational goals.
• Track and report training program metrics and drive continuous improvement across the team.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to support training initiatives across fulfillment centers.
