Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Manila seeks a Regional Risk Assessment, Analytics Governance Specialist to design, implement and continuously improve risk assessment processes across APAC/MEA regions. This role acts as a central utility for methodology application, data analysis, governance, and reporting in a matrixed international environment.

You will coordinate risk assessments country-by-country, guide stakeholders on standards, develop dashboards, and support senior management with narrative risk

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance/Anti-Financial Crime or risk management within financial services.
• Understanding of inherent risk, control effectiveness and residual risk concepts.
• Knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud, bribery and corruption risk areas.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate risk insights.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools is advantageous.
• Experience developing data-driven reporting for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate granular country/entity risk assessments across jurisdictions.
• Guide stakeholders on methodology, standards and risk rating concepts.
• Act as a link between country, regional and global risk teams to share best practices.
• Prepare materials and follow-up actions for governance forums.
• Maintain delivery plans, action logs and supporting documentation.
