Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices seeks drivers for Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet (Southwest Regional Reefer). Out 10–14 days with live load/unload and no touch freight. Trainees welcomed with 4-week training at a flat $700 during training; later pay scales with CPM progression and stops pay.

TWIC card assistance available; CDL and 120 hours school completion required within 6 months. Routes cover TX, OK, LA, AR, MO, IN, IA, NE, IL, KS, CO, OH, NM with 400 miles average per haul and 2200–2400 miles weekly;

Qualifications

• Must have CDL and complete at least 120 hours of training within past 6 months.
• No tickets on MVR; no criminal history or drug/alcohol violations.
• Trainees welcome with no experience.
• TWIC card required; carrier will help obtain and cover costs.
• CDL address must match hiring area; urine drug screen for Sap Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drop & Hook; Live Load/Unload; No Touch Freight.
• Southwest Regional Reefer operations; outbound 10–14 days.
• Average haul length around 400 miles; 2200–2400 miles per week.
• Paid on all miles; starting pay $0.50 CPM with raises to $0.59 CPM after 7+ years.
• $20.00 per stop; 1 day off for every 6 days out (max 4 days).
