Job summary

Horrocks is seeking an experienced Regional Lead – Rail Engineer in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and oversee railroad projects across multiple regions. Your responsibilities will include managing key client relationships and supporting business development efforts.

Ideal candidates will have robust technical expertise in railroad engineering, project delivery, and demonstrated leadership skills. You'll play a key role in expanding Horrocks’ rail presence and ensuring quality project execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in rail and transportation engineering projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong understanding of design standards for track and railroad crossings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regional leadership for railroad projects and support strategic growth.
  • Lead planning, design, and delivery of rail projects.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
