Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the North East. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites and client meetings, supporting field teams and subs to ensure compliance with SOLV standards and industry regulations.

You will develop and implement quality plans, conduct audits, mentor teams, perform Root Cause Analysis, and drive CAPAs using 5-Why or 8D methods, while leveraging SOLV's Sunscreen software for documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans that align with SOLV Energy’s Quality Management System and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits to ensure adherence to AHJ requirements and installation instructions.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, systems and processes used in PV projects.
• Provide training and guidance on QA practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to address quality issues.
• Document and report findings; maintain detailed records and regular management reports.
