Job summary

CSP Composite is seeking a contract quality specialist to oversee PPAP submissions, audits, and continuous improvement across Ohio facilities. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure robust quality documentation and readiness for customer reviews.

The role emphasizes PPAP development, PFMEAs, control plans, and data-driven improvements, with regular travel within Ohio. Experience in automotive quality systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quality management within manufacturing, automotive preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and IATF 16949 requirements and internal auditing.
• Proven ability to develop, review, validate PPAP packages and APQP deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer portals, quality performance, warranty trends for Ohio facilities.
• Lead PPAP readiness, including submission strategy, milestones, and reviews.
• Develop and validate PPAP packages with PFMEAs, control plans, and MSAs.
• Coordinate audits and improve quality systems across CSP plants.
