Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC in Orlando, FL seeks an Area Vice President (AVP) to lead profitability and operations for a designated area. You will manage on-site teams, oversee property budgets, and ensure compliance with RAM policies. Travel is required to support properties and client relationships.

You will drive financial and marketing strategies, recruit and develop staff, and maintain clear communications with owners and RAM leadership to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in business, hospitality, or property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents and staff.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and YARDI experience.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, lease agreements, and Fair Housing rules.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and control expenditures across designated properties.
• Analyze budget variances and approve expenditures between $500 and $3000.
• Review and implement rent programs and marketing plans.
• Recruit, hire, and develop associates supporting RAM mission.
• Ensure RAM policies are followed and communicate with clients and on-site teams.
• Conduct weekly property visits and coordinate capital improvements.
• Engage in pre-acquisition tasks and investor relations.
