Inspections are brief and typically 5–6 minutes on site; you manage your routing and accept a consistent monthly volume in your county. A fuel-efficient vehicle and home-based setup are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status and autonomy to manage own routing, schedule and territory.
• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and smartphone for field reporting.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
