Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee portfolio performance to meet operational, financial, and business goals.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to align on targets and initiatives.
• Lead regional operations initiatives and adoption of revised protocols.
• Manage budgets and present regular performance reports to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relations and address concerns promptly.
• Implement tenant retention programs to reduce turnover and vacancies.
• Coordinate with leasing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Ensure occupancy targets and property maintenance standards are met.
