Georgia-Pacific is seeking an experienced Regional Process Improvement Manager to join our corrugated team. The RPIM will partner with the operations and commercial teams across eight West Area plants to lead continuous improvement and customer-focused quality programs.
You will develop plant Quality Managers, drive process improvements for higher product quality and manufacturing performance, and maintain an accident-free workplace while traveling about 75% to sites in CA, WA, TX, NM.
Georgia-Pacific is seeking an experienced Regional Process Improvement Manager (RPIM) to join our corrugated team. The RPIM will partner with the operations and commercial teams in the West Coast plants to lead continuous improvement and customer support programs required to provide a superior customer experience through world class quality. The RPIM will utilize technical, coaching and influence skills within the plants to develop plant Quality Managers, and drive process improvements to increase product quality and superior manufacturing performance while helping maintain an accident-free workplace.
This role will support the West Area consisting of 8 plants, which are in La Mirada, Ca, Madera, Ca, Modesto, CA, San Leandro, CA, Olympia, WA, Denton, TX, Waxahachie, TX, and Santa Teresa, NM. The ideal applicant will be based a very close commuting distance to one of the eight plant sites.
This is a travel-based role and requires approximately 75% travel. Travel can be reduced should the applicant reside in one of the five sites listed above.
