Regional Practice Manager-Applications & Cloud Technologies Practice

About the job:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Regional Practice Manager to lead our Applications & Cloud Technologies (ACT) practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep expertise in cloud-native development, enterprise applications, and AI-powered transformation. You will drive delivery excellence, scale regional teams, and shape go-to-market strategies while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Practice Leadership: Build and scale the ACT consulting practice in Illinois, owning regional strategy, P&L, budgeting, hiring, and resource allocation.
• Delivery Excellence: Lead engagements across cloud solutions, DevOps, SaaS platforms, and application modernization with a focus on business outcomes and storytelling.
• Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor, managing client relationships and overseeing solutioning and delivery across multi-cloud and enterprise portfolios.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive business growth through pre-sales support, alliance collaboration, and development of GTM assets and capabilities.
• Cloud Strategy & Innovation: Lead cloud adoption roadmaps, governance, cost optimization, and multi-cloud initiatives (Azure, AWS, GCP); collaborate with engineering teams.
• Talent Development: Mentor technical teams across regions, foster innovation and agility, and build scalable delivery capabilities.

What you will bring:

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling consulting practices, including regional strategy, P&L ownership, hiring, and resource allocation.
• Deep experience across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Agile/DevOps, SaaS, and enterprise application lifecycle—including modernization and cloud-native development.
• Strong track record in delivering complex ACT engagements, managing client relationships, and driving business outcomes through strategic planning and executive storytelling.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset, proven ability to mentor technical talent, and an established network in the Chicagoland area.
• Familiarity integrating AI/ML technologies into enterprise solutions, as well as AI governance and ethical practices.
