Walgreens Co. is seeking a Recruiter focused on Pharmacist talent to connect pharmacists with opportunities across a defined geographic region. You will own recruiting efforts, partner with hiring leaders, build pipelines, and guide candidates through a high-quality experience from first conversation to offer.

This role requires relationship-building across healthcare talent markets, with opportunities to serve as a trusted talent partner while strengthening pharmacist pipelines in your region.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year applying talent acquisition assessment practices.
• At least 1 year understanding business goals and metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Job Summary

As a Recruiter focused on Pharmacist talent, you’ll own recruiting efforts across a defined geographic market, partnering with hiring leaders to understand local staffing needs and build strong pipelines of pharmacist talent. You’ll proactively engage both active and passive candidates, create market-specific sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through a welcoming, high-quality recruiting experience from first conversation through offer.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, understands that healthcare talent markets can vary from one community to the next, and is energized by finding the right talent for critical pharmacist positions. You’ll have the opportunity to serve as a trusted talent partner while helping strengthen pharmacist pipelines across your region.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of experience applying talent acquisition assessment practices to moderately complex hiring needs
• At least 1 year of experience working with basic business goals, financial concepts, or key
• performance measures relevant to day-to-day work activities.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word,
• PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Travel may be required up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting pharmacists or other healthcare or clinical professionals.
• Experience managing recruiting activity across multiple locations or a defined geographic region.
• Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized or difficult-to-fill roles.
• Experience engaging passive candidates and building long-term talent relationships.
• Experience partnering with hiring leaders to understand local hiring needs and develop market-specific recruiting strategies.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

The Salary below is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Walgreens. The actual hourly salary within this range that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.

Salary Range: $65000 - $113750 / Salaried
