Job summary

PM Pediatric Care seeks a Regional Clinical Manager to lead provider onboarding, training and quality initiatives across our pediatric care network. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will ensure providers understand our culture and processes, align schedules with training needs, and support clinical performance improvements.

This on-site role requires presence at Bensonhurst, NY and Staten Island, NY, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, mentorship, interview scheduling,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification
• Licensed in the state where the site is located
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
• Training and quality improvement/process improvement experience

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person orientation and ongoing education for new providers.
• Ensure timely completion of Provider Training Program, including assessments.
• Engage low performing providers to improve clinical performance.
• Assist in scheduling to match training needs and provider productivity.
• Respond to patient complaints and escalated safety concerns; review root causes and corrective actions.
• Provide back-up support for Regional Clinical Managers or Regional Medical Officers on PTO.
