Are you an experienced driver ready to take on the open roads of the Mid-West? We're searching for skilled and reliable OTR CDL Drivers to join our team at PVS Metals. If you love the freedom of the road and the satisfaction of delivering excellence across the Mid-West, this role is perfect for you.

What's in it for you:

• As a salaried regional OTR truck driver, you’ll enjoy the stability of consistent pay, even during downtime like waiting for a load or other unavoidable delays
• Pay: Up to $7,500 per month
• Per Diem: Up to $75 for overnight stays
• Quarterly safety bonuses
• We'll have you home on weekends the majority of the time

Essential Functions:

• Safely navigate highways and interstates, adhering to all DOT, State, and Federal regulations.
• Keep trucks in top shape with regular preventive maintenance routines.
• Plan and execute long-haul routes efficiently, ensuring timely and safe deliveries across state lines.
• Act as the professional face of our company, communicating effectively with customers and maintaining positive rapport on every delivery.

• Be dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Foster a positive team spirit, supporting fellow drivers and crew members.
• Represent our company with professionalism and courtesy, even on the longest hauls.

Competencies:

• Hold a valid CDL with endorsements suitable for long-haul routes.
• Deep understanding of long-haul logistics, route planning, and freight handling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be a team player; your truck is part of a larger fleet.
• Maintain meticulous records of routes, hours, and deliveries.
• Have 3-5 years of experience driving a flatbed (hauling steel a plus).
