Aventura Health Group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (CDM - Certified Dietary Manager) to lead regional food service and nutrition operations across our assisted living and healthcare facilities. The role emphasizes mentoring teams, upholding dining excellence, and managing client relationships while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

You will oversee multiple facilities, provide guidance to Food Service Directors, and drive compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have previous multi-facility healthcare dietary experience.
• High School diploma (required).
• Certified Dietary Manager (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned facilities, ensuring leadership in operations, finances, HR and client relationships.
• Provide direct supervision to the Facility Food Service Directors.
• Develop and manage unit budgets, including sales, production records, inventory, and labor productivity.
• Ensure adherence to accounting practices and timelines across facilities.
• Support new business bids, rebids, and development of new programs.
• Conduct audits of performance in food production, menus, sanitation, and inventory.
