AstraZeneca plc is seeking an Oncology SMM Hub Leader to drive operational delivery of interventional trials across the USA and Canada. You will translate oncology development strategy into regional plans and oversee global site management delivery to ensure high-quality, compliant study execution.

You will lead regional leadership, monitor performance against quality metrics, manage budgets, and foster cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory and partners to deliver

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with focus on Development and Patient Safety.
• Relevant pharmaceutical experience (big pharma).
• Leadership experience in a complex environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across AstraZeneca.
• Mastery of the Clinical Development area, with multidisciplinary experience across functions or within a functional area.
