Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Office Associate.   • Answers all incoming calls and screens callers to determine nature of request, many of which may be hostile
  • Greets visitors and directs walk-ins to appropriate offices and resources
  • Orders and distributes forms from Central Stores
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove
